Ariana Grande, Maroon 5 and Tim McGraw booked for 'Very Grammy Christmas'

The Dec. 5 broadcast will include performances of holiday songs and current pop hits, as well as artists sharing favorite holiday memories and what a Grammy Award nomination means to them.

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Tim McGraw and Pharrell Williams are to headline the one-hour TV special A Very Grammy Christmas, CBS announced.

The Dec. 5 broadcast will include performances of holiday songs and current pop hits, as well as artists sharing favorite holiday memories and what Grammy Award nominations mean to them.

The show will also feature the announcement of nominations for Album of the Year for the 57th annual Grammy Awards. Grammy nods in all other categories will be revealed that morning in a separate ceremony. Further details about that earlier event are to be made public at a later date, CBS said.

A Very Grammy Christmas will be taped Nov. 18 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Tickets are on sale now.
