LAS VEGAS, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lopez made a great impression on Iggy Azalea on the set of "Booty."

The 45-year-old singer and 24-year-old rapper released a music video for the song Thursday, and immediately caused waves with their racy costumes and suggestive dancing. Azalea told E! News she always expected the video to generate a fan frenzy, but said it was Lopez herself who caught her off guard.

"Jennifer really surprised me," the rapper recalled. "I thought that she would be like a super-diva, and she was so down to earth and lovely and she didn't have a crazy ride or anything extra. She just got on with it and she was so sweet, and I feel like I've gained a friend out of our collaboration."

"I had a very surreal moment filming the video with her because she's somebody that I've sung her music back in cars with friends and in bedroom mirrors over the years," she shared. "It was really great to get to do this with her."

"Booty" is the third single to debut from Lopez's new album A.K.A., and was originally recorded with Pitbull. Azalea replaced the rapper on the remix, and is the one featured in the music video.

Azalea plans to re-issue her debut studio album, The New Classic, with six new songs, including a duet with Ellie Goulding. The rapper teased another new collaboration in the interview, and said she will announce the identity of the "pop queen" in the next few weeks.
