LOS ANGELES, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Robin Thicke's attorney issued a statement on Monday about the leaked "Blurred Lines" deposition video.
In the statement, Thicke's attorney said, "Robin's moment of personal vulnerability is being exploited in the hope of diverting attention from the obvious weakness of their legal claim."

It's in that deposition Thicke admitted to drug and alcohol abuse. He said he drunk and high on Vicodin when he, Pharrell Willams and T.I. wrote the hit.
Thicke, Williams and T.I. preemptively sued Martin Gaye's family after the singer's children accused the trio of copying "Got to Give It Up" for "Blurred Lines."
