LOS ANGELES, May 16 (UPI) -- The Sean Combs-created band Danity Kane has released a new single following their eight-year hiatus.

Aubrey O'Day, Shannon Bex and Dawn Richard -- three of the five original band members -- released the pop/R&B track "Lemonade" Thursday. The single also features rapper Tyga.

The band's new track comes one year after Danity Kane announced they were reuniting and planned to record a new album, their third, without Combs and original band member D. Woods, who wanted to pursue a solo career.

The release of "Lemonade" has ignited speculation that original band member Aundrea Fimbres has also left the band as the track's cover art only features three girls selling lemonade. Additionally, Fimbres, unlike the rest of the band members, has failed to promote the single on social media.

Danity Kane was formed by Combs in 2004 during the third season of the reality series, Making the Band.
