KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 18 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus has cancelled two more concerts as she continues to be hospitalized in Kansas City after suffering from an "extreme allergic reaction" to antibiotics she was taking to fight off a sinus infection.

The 21-year-old singer wont be able to attend her scheduled Friday, April 18 show in Nashville, Tenn. or her April 19 gig in Louisville, Ky. News of the cancellations comes days after Cyrus rescheduled her Kansas City, Mo. and St. Louis, Mo. performances.

Amid reports that the "Adore You" singer was canceling the concerts over an alleged pregnancy and hard partying, Cyrus took to Twitter to set the record straight.

"So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans," Cyrus wrote. "Shut the [expletive] up and let me heal. Stop scaring my family, friends, and fans."

Cyrus' official statement says:

"Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour. She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin, which she's now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to. This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases. She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor's care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time. Miley is devastated about missing shows and possibly disappointing her fans."
