The husband-and-wife team have a long history of musical collaboration, but this would be their first official tour together. Jay Z finished his own Magna Carta Holy Grail tour in January, while Beyoncé's Mrs. Carter World Tour came to a close in March.

The couple made recent, individual appearances at Coachella music festival over the weekend. Jay Z rapped with Nas and Diddy, while Beyoncé performed an impromptu dance routine with sister Solange Knowles.
