MIAMI, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Three Florida police officers have been suspended for escorting Justin Bieber's entourage to strip clubs without authorization, Opa-Locka's city manager said.

CNN said the officers were suspended with pay pending an investigation after they allegedly escorted the pop star and his friends to the clubs shortly after they arrived at the airport in Opa-Locka Monday.

City officials told CNN they don't yet know how the arrangements were made between the 19-year-old singer and the police.

Bieber was arrested Thursday morning in Miami Beach on charges including driving under the influence.
