Chris Brown leaves rehab facility, continues treatment as outpatient

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Chris Brown's publicist says the U.S. recording artist is continuing treatment on an outpatient basis after leaving an undisclosed rehab facility.

"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area," his representative told UsMagazine.com Thursday. "He appreciates all of your encouragement and support."

Brown, 24, voluntarily checked himself into rehab last month to deal with personal issues after he was involved in several physical altercations. He is still on probation for beating up his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 and the community service is completing now is related to that case.
