Lorde's 'Royals' tops U.S. record chart for a second week

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 10 (UPI) -- Lorde's "Royals" is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart for a second consecutive week, Billboard.com reported Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 is Katy Perry's "Roar," followed by Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" at No. 3, Avicii's "Wake Me Up!" at No. 4 and Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home" featuring Majid Jordan at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Ylvis' "The Fox" at No. 6, Jay Z's "Holy Grail" featuring Justin Timberlake at No. 7, Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" featuring T.I. and Pharrell at No. 8, Lady Gaga's "Applause" at No. 9 and Lana Del Rey and Cedric Gervais' "Summertime Sadness" at No. 10.
