'Pitch Perfect' sequel set for 2015

LOS ANGELES, April 17 (UPI) -- Hollywood's Universal Pictures says it is working on a sequel to its 2012 musical comedy movie, "Pitch Perfect," which starred Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson.

The followup is due in theaters in 2015, EW.com said.

"Pitch Perfect" scribe Kay Cannon has signed on to write the screenplay for the sequel, but no cast or crew have been announced yet, the entertainment news website said.
