LOS ANGELES, March 14 (UPI) -- Rapper Lil Wayne has been released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where he was treated after suffering multiple seizures, TMZ said Thursday.

The hip-hop artist fell ill Tuesday night after shooting a music video. He was released Wednesday morning and is feeling much better, TMZ said.

Lil Wayne has a history of seizures, suffering two onboard separate airplanes last October, the celebrity news website said. He later said he had been prescribed anti-seizure medication by doctors.
