WASHINGTON, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Beyonce will sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" and Kelly Clarkson "My Country 'Tis of Thee" at U.S. President Barack Obama's second inauguration, organizers said.

The pop stars will perform at the Jan. 21 event outside of the Capitol in Washington, Billboard.com said Wednesday.

James Taylor is also expected to sing "America the Beautiful."

Beyonce sang Etta James' "At Last" at one of the inaugural balls four years ago. It was the first official dance of Obama and his wife, Michelle, as president and first lady.
