Producers Barry and Fran Weissler, and Howard and Janet Kagan said it will begin preview performances March 23 and will officially April 25 at the Music Box Theatre. The production is being directed by Diane Paulus.

The show is currently playing through Jan. 20 at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Mass., where Paulus serves as artistic director.

The original production of "Pippin," directed by Bob Fosse, premiered on Broadway in 1972.
