LONDON, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- A nanny left the young boy in her care with British singer Adele at a London cafe while she used the bathroom, The Daily Telegraph said.

The name of the governess and age of her charge were not reported.

Although the pregnant recording artist gamely entertained the boy while his nanny used the loo, then posed for photographs when the woman returned, the newspaper said the child's parents were upset when they heard his nanny had left him briefly with a stranger at Caffe Nero in Chelsea Thursday.
