SARATOGA, Calif., July 30 (UPI) -- Jermaine, Tito, Marlon and Jackie Jackson performed together in Saratoga, Calif., as reports swirl the singing siblings are squabbling amongst themselves.

"We are a family ... [but] sometime it seems to get complicated," TMZ quoted Jermaine as saying at the Jackson concert Saturday. "We're one ... . The Jackson family is one. We are one family and we will heal, I promise you."

His mother Katherine, 82, and late brother Michael's children -- Prince, 15, Paris, 14, and Blanket, 10 -- also attended the show, the celebrity news Web site said.

A Los Angeles judge temporarily stripped Katherine of her guardianship of Michael's kids last week and gave it to Tito's son T.J. after the Jackson family matriarch went on vacation in Arizona and left Prince, Paris and Blanket in California for more than a week.

Relatives are offering conflicting accounts regarding Katherine's health and whether she was accessible by phone to Michael's children while she was away. Also unclear is whether Katherine was pushed into going to Arizona by some family members who allegedly want her to get rid of the executors of Michael's estate.

Michael died in 2009 at the age of 50. His personal physician, Conrad Murray, is serving time in prison for involuntary manslaughter. He was convicted of administering lethal levels of anesthesia and sedatives to the popular pop singer in an effort to help him sleep.
