OTTAWA, July 7 (UPI) -- Canadian police said they were looking for an Ottawa concert producer suspected of skimming $600,000 from the Escapade Music Festival.

Nickolas Guindon-Vachon was allegedly last seen getting into an SUV carrying a large box around dawn Tuesday, just hours before other festival organizers called police to report the missing cash.

Detective Stephen McDougall told CBC News the vehicle later turned up at Trudeau airport in Montreal, but police were not yet certain Guindon-Vachon had left the country. The missing impresario was described as a 5-foot-8 white male weighing in at 285 pounds.

The Escapade Music Festival took place last week in Ottawa and featured a lineup of electronic dance music and A-list DJs.
