FRANKLIN, Tenn., June 11 (UPI) -- A woman has been arrested for shooting a man in the knee at Tom T. Hall's Tennessee house when the country music singer-songwriter wasn't home, police said.

The identities of the woman, her alleged victim and her husband, who was also injured in Sunday night's incident. were not made public by police in Franklin, Tenn., WSMV-TV, Nashville, reported.

The shooting allegedly took place as the couple and their guest were writing songs and playing music. The reason for the shooting was not disclosed, WSMV said.

Hall, 76, wrote the country hits "Harper Valley PTA," "Fox on the Run" and "I'm Not Ready Yet."
