TEL AVIV, Israel, June 2 (UPI) -- U.S. pop icon Madonna debuted an updated version of her infamous cone bra as she kicked off her latest world tour in Israel.
The singer wore the new garment -- designed by Jean Paul Gaultier -- last week at her kick-off concert at Ramat Gan Stadium in Tel Aviv, the Los Angeles Times reported Friday. The new version included black wiring over a cabaret-style white collared shirt along with suspenders.
As part of the concert, Madonna debuted a mash up of her classic "Express Yourself" with fellow pop star Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" on the tour in support of her latest record, "MDNA."
When Lady Gaga debuted "Born This Way," Madonna criticized the song, saying it was a "reductive" version of "Express Yourself," leading some to wonder whether the new mash up is meant to point out the similarities, the newspaper said.
Meanwhile, France's far-right party Front National said it plans to sue Madonna for displaying an image of party leader Marine Le Pen with a swastika on her forehead, Radio France Internationale reported Saturday. The image appeared on a backdrop behind Madonna as she sang "Nobody Knows Me" at the Tel Aviv concert.
"We'll make money with the case we're going to bring," a party source, whose name was not reported, told French newspaper 20 Minutes.
