LOS ANGELES, April 5 (UPI) -- Whitney Houston was found face-down in her hotel bathtub with drug paraphernalia close by, the Los Angeles County coroner's final report said.
The Grammy Award-winning pop icon drowned Feb. 11 at the Beverly Hilton hotel shortly after using cocaine and prescription drugs. She was 48.
ABC News quoted the coroner's final report, which was released Wednesday, as saying a "small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled-up piece of white paper" were found in the bathroom where Houston died.
The report also said toxicology tests indicate she was "acutely intoxicated from cocaine" when she died and was a "repeated cocaine user."
Her death has been declared an accident.
