Legend and Teigen get engaged

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- John Legend's publicist says the U.S. singer has proposed to supermodel Chrissy Teigen, his girlfriend of four years.

The recording star's representative told UsMagazine.com he got engaged during the holidays while vacationing in the Maldives.

Teigen is best known for her work as a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and on TV's "Deal or No Deal."
