NEW YORK, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- A spokeswoman for U.S. hip-hop mogul Jay-Z's clothing brand Rocawear says proceeds of his "Occupy All Streets" T-shirts will not go to help those in need.

The New York Daily News said Jay-Z wore a shirt with the play on words for "Occupy Wall Street" at one of his Manhattan concerts this week.

A Rocawear representative told the newspaper the shirts are meant to support the movement -- but not financially.

"At this time, we have not made an official commitment to monetarily support the movement," the spokeswoman said in a statement issued to Gawker.com.
