Marie Osmond treated for bronchitis

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Singer Marie Osmond was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital Thursday night after her voice started to go out during a performance, her representative said.

Osmond's representative, Alan Nierob, told TMZ the entertainer was diagnosed with bronchitis. She was released from the hospital after several hours.

Osmond was scheduled to appear on stage at the Flamingo Friday night, TMZ said.
