PARIS, Sept. 8 (UPI) -- Evan Rachel Wood's publicist has confirmed the Hollywood actress lost a tooth when someone accidentally elbowed her in the mouth on a Paris dance floor.

UsMagazine.com said the incident happened Tuesday night at a French nightclub, but Wood has already been to a dentist and had the tooth replaced.

The report did not say which tooth the actress lost or how the person who knocked it out reacted.
