EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., July 31 (UPI) -- One of the Jonas Brothers says he'll be opening for Britney Spears next week when her Femme Fatale tour stops in New Jersey.
Joe Jonas made the announcement this weekend to his Twitter followers, writing that he would be joining Spears Aug. 5 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford.
Jonas, the middle of the Jonas Brothers lineup, joins a growing roster of supporting artists in the Femme Fatale lineup, which also includes Nicki Minaj and DJ Pauly D, MTV said.
Jonas has been busy wrapping up a long-awaited solo album, which MTV said would be released in October instead of early September. He was recently seen in Paris shooting a video for "Just in Love with You," one of the singles from the project.
