LONDON, July 26 (UPI) -- British neo soul singer Amy Winehouse, who died during the weekend at the age of 27, was cremated following a private funeral Tuesday, People.com said.

The Grammy Award winner's lifeless body was discovered Saturday afternoon at her London home. Although she had long battled addictions to drugs and alcohol, the cause of her death has not yet been determined. An autopsy conducted Monday proved inconclusive and officials are waiting for the results of toxicology reports before categorizing her death.

The Daily Telegraph newspaper said music producer Mark Ronson, reality television personality Kelly Osborne, film director Reg Traviss and musicians Zalon and Heshima Thompson joined Winehouse's family for Tuesday's rabbi-led service at Edgwarebury Cemetery in London.

"Goodnight my angel," People.com quoted her father, Mitch, telling the crowd of about 150 mourners. "Sleep tight. Mommy and Daddy love you ever so much."

"It was emotional, it was happy and it was sad," her spokesman told the celebrity news Web site. "It was everything really."
