Sneak peek planned for new Spears video

NEW YORK, June 18 (UPI) -- A teaser for "I Wanna Go," the new video by U.S. pop star Britney Spears, is to simultaneously air on TV's "Watch What Happens: Live" and the Web site VEVO.

The 30-second clip will air Sunday, ahead of the full video premiere on MTV and VEVO Wednesday, Jive Records announced.

Following the premiere, the video will air hourly on MTV, during video hours, and on VH1's "Best Morning Buzz Live."

The "I Wanna Go" video was directed by Chris Marrs Piliero and shot in Los Angeles, the record label said Friday.

Spears began her "Femme Fatale" concert tour in Sacramento this week. The U.S. leg of the tour is slated to wrap Aug. 25 in Raleigh, N.C. She then is scheduled to head off to Europe.
