New Shaggy album on its way

LOS ANGELES, June 14 (UPI) -- Jamaican reggae star Shaggy will release a new album called "Summer in Kingston" next month, his representatives said Tuesday.

The CD will go on sale July 19.

Shaggy also has been booked to headline the One Love Peace Festival at Wembley Arena in London July 31, alongside Busta Rhymes, Sean Paul and Gyptian.

The recording star has sold more than 20 million albums. His hits include "Boombastic," "In The Summertime," "Angel," "It Wasn't Me,' "Church Heathen" and "Bonafide Girl."
