"He had a blood alcohol level of .185, which is well over the legal limit," Police Department spokeswoman Deborah Doty told People.com.
The 31-year-old "Low" singer, a Florida native whose real name is Tramar Dillard, was pulled over after police noticed him driving his Bugatti sports car erratically, People.com said.
