NEW YORK, June 6 (UPI) -- U.S. rocker Richie Sambora says he has completed a stint in rehab and is ready to rejoin his band Bon Jovi on the European leg of its concert tour.

The guitarist checked himself into a treatment center in April after he suffered a relapse in his sobriety.

He told TMZ Sunday at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport he is "feeling good" and ready to return to the stage.

The entertainment news Web site said the musician signed dozens of autographs for fans at the airport.

Bon Jovi is scheduled to play in Croatia Wednesday. The band has been touring without Sambora while he has been undergoing treatment.
