NEW YORK, May 2 (UPI) -- "Alpocalypse," the 13th studio album by U.S. comic recording-artist "Weird Al" Yankovic, is set for release next month, Jive Records said Monday.

"Alpocalypse" includes the Lady Gaga parody, "Perform This Way," which generated 2 million YouTube hits within two days of its release. Yankovic is shooting a video for the song in Los Angeles now, his record label said.

The singer also recently announced Spring/Summer tour dates that kick off May 19 at the State Theatre in New Brunswick, N.J.
