ATLANTA, April 8 (UPI) -- Hip-hop artist Gucci Mane was arrested in Atlanta Friday on an outstanding warrant from January alleging he pushed a woman out of a moving car, TMZ said.
Mane, whose real name is Radric Davis, was being held on $5,000 bond and was to go before a judge Saturday, the celebrity news Web site reported Friday.
The 31-year-old rapper was checking in with his probation officer when it was discovered there is an active warrant out for his arrest on the misdemeanor battery charge, the report said.
TMZ did not say who the alleged victim was or describe her injuries, if there were any.
Mane is on probation for a 2005 aggravated assault conviction.
