LOS ANGELES, April 1 (UPI) -- Rapper Snoop Dogg says a sample of the music he's been making with Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen will be released soon on Twitter.

E! News said the hip-hop star discussed his collaboration with the recently fired "Two and a Half Men" star during the taping of Friday's edition of the talk show "Lopez Tonight."

"Me and Charlie, we're working on something right now in the studio. Trying to put some music together. Something real crazy," said Snoop. "He's a brilliant guy. I'm having so much fun just being around him. I love having relationships with different people who aren't the normal, who aren't the usual. One thing about Charlie, he's not normal, he's not usual."

Without revealing too many details, Snoop said he and Sheen are "making some real classic material."

"We'll probably put something out on Twitter in about three or four days," he added.

Sheen, who was fired from his sitcom for his erratic behavior and battle with substance abuse, has been making headlines in recent weeks for some of the outrageous yet sharp-witted statements he has uttered during interviews.

Last month he announced plans for a touring one-man show to begin in Detroit this weekend.
