LONDON, March 5 (UPI) -- Pop priestess Lady Gaga threatened to sue a British shop that makes ice cream flavored with actual breast milk under the brand "Baby Gaga."

The singer's people informed the owners of Icecreamists that they must cease and desist scooping out Baby Gaga, a unique creation of mother's milk ice cream with lemon and vanilla added.

Matt O'Connor, owner of the central London parlor, told The Guardian that Lady Gaga does not own the word, "gaga." That, he said, has been among the first words uttered by infants since "the dawn of time."

""She claims we have 'ridden the coattails' of her reputation," sniffed O'Connor. "As someone who has … recycled on an industrial scale the entire back catalogue of pop culture to create her look, music and videos, she might want to reconsider this allegation."

The Guardian said Saturday the issue could be moot since the Westminster Town Council ordered Baby Gaga taken off the shelves because of health regulations that prohibit the sale of food that includes bodily fluids.
