'Suns' is No. 1 on the U.S. album chart

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Linkin Park's "A Thousand Suns" is the No. 1 album in the United States, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 is Trey Songz's "Passion, Pain & Pleasure," followed by Eminem's "Recovery" at No. 3, Jamey Johnson's "The Guitar Song" at No. 4 and Robert Plant's "Band of Joy" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Weezer's "Hurley" at No. 6, the "Now 35" compilation CD at No. 7, Brandon Flowers' "Flamingo" at No. 8, Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" at No. 9 and Justin Bieber's "My World 2.0" at No. 10.
