Rapper Young Buck behind on taxes

NASHVILLE, Aug. 10 (UPI) -- Armed IRS agents seized recording equipment, jewelry and electronics from rapper Young Buck's Tennessee home because of unpaid income taxes, authorities said.

The (Nashville) Tennessean said the hip-hop artist, whose real name is David Darnell Brown, owes $137,135.95 in taxes for 2006 and $27,201.81 for 2008.

The seizure of the items at his Hendersonville home was meant to go toward paying off the rapper's debt to the federal government the newspaper said. Brown insists his former managers are to blame for his tax woes, the report said.
