Teen solves centuries-old math problem

NASHVILLE, June 23 (UPI) -- Country music star Kellie Pickler says her songwriter beau Kyle Jacobs proposed to her on a Florida beach at sunset and she accepted.
The "American Idol" alum also told People.com Jacobs asked for her hand in marriage June 15, her late grandmother's birthday and a day that is usually "sad and hard for me."
"It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life," Pickler, who was raised by her grandmother, told the Web site. "My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother's blessing."
The couple have been dating for more than two years.
