
NEW YORK, June 2 (UPI) -- Bow Wow, Brandy, Diddy, DJ Kid Capri, Drake and Fabolous are to take part in the upcoming 2010 VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The Dirty South show in New York, VH1 said.
Also confirmed to appear at the event are Asher Roth, Geto Boys, Jonah Hill, Keri Hilson, Khujo Goodie, Lauren London, Romeo, Ray J, Silkk the Shocker and T.I.
The show is to be taped at Manhattan's Hammerstein Ballroom and will air on VH1 Monday. Comic actor Craig Robinson is to serve as host.
"This year, the show will celebrate the music, the influence and the artists from The South," VH1 said in a news release Wednesday. "Honorees Jermaine Dupri, J Prince of Rap-A-Lot Records, Luther 'Luke' Campbell, The 2 Live Crew, Master P and Organized Noize will be honored through performances in collaboration with some of today's hottest talent."
