LOS ANGELES, April 28 (UPI) -- Siobhan Magnus was voted off of "American Idol" in Los Angeles Wednesday night.

"I did my best and I hope that I was able to show (my younger sisters) what we're all capable of," Magnus said upon learning she had been eliminated.

Magnus then took to the show's stage one last time and performed her version of Aretha Franklin's "Freedom."

Still battling it out on the singing competition show are Crystal Bowersox, Lee DeWyze, Casey James, Aaron Kelly and Michael Lynche.
