Stars line up for Glastonbury fest

LONDON, April 15 (UPI) -- Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson and Faithless have joined the lineup for England's upcoming Glastonbury music festival, organizers said.

Also on the bill for the sold-out June 23-27 event are Vampire Weekend, Scissor Sisters, Pet Shop Boys and Paloma Faith, the BBC reported Thursday.

The Flaming Lips, Hot Chip, Florence and the Machine, Reef, Lightning Seeds, Norah Jones and former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash are expected to perform as well as previously announced acts such as Muse, Stevie Wonder and U2.

"This is it!" Glastonbury organizer Michael Eavis told the BBC. "The most staggering line up to match the 40-year reputation of the festival."
