NASHVILLE, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- U.S. country music star Gretchen Wilson said she is very proud of how her new album "I Got Your Country Right Here" turned out.

The (Nashville) Tennessean said Sunday that Wilson, 36, labeled the album scheduled for a March 30 release the "album of my career" thanks to its 11 tracks such as "Work Hard, Play Harder."

"This is the album of my career," Wilson offered in a statement. "This album turns the page for me. I'm proud of every song on here, and I'm excited about the team we've put together to get this music out to the fans."

Before the release of "Right Here," Wilson will offer her fans her first greatest hits collection. The collection, which includes Wilson hits like "Redneck Woman," is due for release on Tuesday.

The Tennessean said the new albums come after Wilson was honored by the Tennessee Association for Adult and Community Education for passing a General Educational Development exam in 2008. Gretchen, who was given a plaque by the education association, stopped attending school while in the ninth grade.
