Racer Hart gets tattoo of singer Pink

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Motocross motorcycle racer Carey Hart said he got a tattoo of his wife, singer Pink, on his body at a Las Vegas tattoo shop.

Hart, 34, confirmed on his Twitter page that he got the tattoo of the pop singer on his leg during a stop at his tattoo shop in Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel on Friday, People.com reported Saturday.

The tattoo features Pink with a black eye and wearing a floral fedora. Hart said the body art was done in a "day of the dead style."

Friday's tattoo session was the first of two to complete the tattoo.

Hart told People magazine he still considers Pink, whom he married in 2006 and separated from in 2008, as "the love of my life."

Hart and Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, confirmed in May they had reunited.
