Cuomo's wife and 2-year-old daughter, who were riding with him, reportedly were not hurt.

However, Rivers' assistant, Sarah Kim, fell out of the upper bunk of the bus, fracturing two ribs and a lower vertebrae, E! News said.

Rivers and Kim were transported to an upstate New York hospital where they are being treated for their injuries.
