NEW YORK, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Jo Dee Messina, Rod Stewart, Rob Thomas and The Muppets have joined the celebrity lineup for this week's tree-lighting in Rockefeller Center, NBC said.

Miss Universe Stefania Fernandez and Miss Teen USA Stormi Bree Henley are also expected to take part in the 12th annual "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" special in New York Wednesday.

Jane Krakowski and Zachary Levi will be the hosts of the yuletide event, which is also to feature Michael Buble, Aretha Franklin, Jose Feliciano, Alicia Keys, Barry Manilow, The Roots, Shakira and The Radio City Rockettes performing "a mix of current hits and holiday classics from beautifully ornamented stages around Rockefeller Center," NBC said in a release.
