'Empire' tops U.S. record chart

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Jay-Z and Alicia Keys's "Empire State of Mind" is No. 1 on the U.S. record chart this week, Billboard.com reported Thursday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 is Owl City's "Fireflies," followed by Jason DeRulo's "Whatcha Say" at No. 3, Iyaz's "Replay" at No. 4 and Lady Antebellum's "Need You Now" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Britney Spears's "3" at No. 6, "Down" by Jay Sean featuring Lil Wayne at No. 7, Miley Cyrus' "Party in the U.S.A." at No. 8, Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" at No. 9 and Ke$ha's "Tik Tok" at No. 10.
