NEW YORK, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- U.S. country music singer Taylor Swift says she is excited for her upcoming hosting role on "Saturday Night Live."
In Touch Weekly said Friday the 19-year-old singer is looking forward to working with "SNL" cast member Andy Samberg during her Nov. 7 appearance and making jokes out of major recent events in her life.
"There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits," Swift said.
While Swift was accepting the award for Best Female Video on the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards last month, she was interrupted by rapper Kanye West, who said Beyonce should have been given the award.
Swift is also scheduled to appear on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" Oct. 27, In Touch said.
