As part of a partnership between the National Guard and "Man of Steel," star Henry Cavill filmed several workout videos with Hollywood fitness trainer Mark Twight.

Whether the videos are a success in boosting recruitment of the National Guard is difficult to predict, but Cavill's shirtless abs will almost certainly increase view count over previous attempts.
