LOS ANGELES, July 13 (UPI) -- Mark Ruffalo has taken to social media to share a pair of behind-the-scenes clips from his upcoming Avengers team-up film, Thor: Ragnarok.

"Hello from the set of #Thor3! As you can see, I've got my hands full. It ain't easy being green," the actor wrote on Twitter Monday alongside a comedic clip of Ruffalo punching towards the camera as the Hulk's giant fists appear over his arms.

In a separate post on Tuesday, the 48-year-old highlighted his "legendary, man-canceling suit" he has to wear in order to appear as the monstrous green hero onscreen.

"It's glamorous, but someone has to do it," Ruffalo jokes about wearing his motion capture suit.

Thor: Ragnarok, which will bring together Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and The Hulk (Ruffalo), was described as a "universal road movie" by Ruffalo in January, comparing it to Charles Grodin's and Robert De Niro's Midnight Run.

Hemsworth and Ruffalo will be joined by returning Thor series regulars Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Idris Elba (Heimdall) and Anthony Hopkins (Odin) along with newcomers Jeff Goldblum (Grandmaster), Karl Urban (Skurge the Executioner) and Cate Blanchett as a new villain Hela.

In a surprising move, Natalie Portman who portrayed Thor's love interest Jane Foster, has dropped out of the series with Creed star Tessa Thompson reportedly taking her place as a new character with superpowers who could potentially fall for the God of Thunder.

Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok opens in theaters Oct. 27, 2017.
