LOS ANGELES, June 30 (UPI) -- Zac Efron and Anna Kendrick hammed it up at the Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates premiere Wednesday.

The 28-year-old actor and 30-year-old actress walked the red carpet at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Los Angeles, along with co-stars Adam Devine and Aubrey Plaza.

Efron and DeVine, who play Dave and Mike, respectively, got goofy as they posed for photos. Kendrick and Plaza, meanwhile, both turned heads in light-colored minidresses.

Mike and Dave will see the titular delinquent brothers search for dates for their sister's wedding. The siblings get more than they bargained for after they choose the secretly wild Alice (Kendrick) and Tatiana (Aubrey Plaza).

"Mike is the big brother and he flexes that muscle as much as he can, but Dave is a little smarter, has a little more on the ball, is better looking, girls like him more," DeVine told Entertainment Weekly in April.

"People believe that they're brothers," director Jake Szymanski added of the real-life Efron and DeVine. "It really works with them. They instantly got along."
