Eddie Redmayne working on 'Early Man' from Aardman Animations

LONDON, May 9 (UPI) -- Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne is to lend his voice to a character in the new stop-motion, animated film Early Man.

"Excited to be working with Eddie Redmayne on Nick Park's prehistoric comedy adventure #EarlyMan. In cinemas 2018!" Aardman Animations tweeted Monday.

Redmayne is best known for his work in the films My Week with Marilyn, Les Miserables, The Theory of Everything and The Danish Girl.

Aardman Animations is the British studio behind the classic Wallace and Gromit cartoons, as well as Chicken Run and Shaun the Sheep Movie.
