LOS ANGELES, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- The final trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was released this week, showing Batman taking on a group of criminals in Gotham City before confronting Superman.

The clip was released on Thursday, and has already been viewed over 100,000 times.

"He has the power to wipe out the entire human race," Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) says of Superman (Henry Cavill) to his trusty butler Alfred (Jeremy Irons). "If we believe there is even a 1 percent chance that he is our enemy, we have to take it as an absolute certainty."

Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), also makes a brief appearance at a gala with Wayne speaking for the first time. "I don't think you've ever known a woman like me," the heroine says before leaping into battle.

The trailer concludes with Batman donning his powerful mech suit, blocking a punch Superman delivers much to his surprise.

"Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis' most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before," reads the film's official synopsis.
